Security Convergence and ERM: A Case for the Convergence of Corporate Physical and IT Security ManagementThe concept of convergence is an idea whose time has come; however, only about 15 percent of global enterprises operate a combined security department. Despite a slow start, more companies are considering the merits of convergence. The growing support among security professionals and the continuing integration of physical security systems with IT systems are fuelling this trend.
